Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this fully funded PhD fellowship:

Basic Requirements:

  • Hold or expect to obtain a Master’s degree by July 2025 in:

    • Environmental Engineering,

    • Bioscience Engineering,

    • Chemical Engineering,

    • Environmental Technology, or

    • Related fields.

  • A strong interest in scientific research related to sustainability.

  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Background in quantitative research methodologies.

Additional Advantages (Not Mandatory):

  • Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) software (e.g., SimaPro, openLCA).

  • Understanding of circularity indicators or material flow analysis.

  • Experience with sustainability assessments, policy research, or demand-side measures.

  • Proficiency in programming (preferably Python).
