Position: Senior Manager – Learning & Development 

Location: Bangalore, India

– To carry forward the fast-paced growth, Our client is looking for a Senior Manager- Learning & Development. The Senior Manager- Learning &Development will be a critical member of the HR team, with the mandate of continuing to developing & growing the best talent across organisation. 

Responsibilities: 

– Responsible for building & executing the Learning and Development Strategy for our client to support the Business & HR Goals. 

Create Learning & Development Programs and Processes in the following areas- 

– Leadership Development across the organization. 

– First & Second line manager development 

– Employee Development (non-domain) 


He/She will work on developing integrated programs to support the company’s business plans and objectives. 


Must Have Skills: 


– Masters degree in Human Resources/ MBA with 12 years experience in Talent Development, with atleast 2 years in leadership roles. 

– Should have contributed to/ led Talent Development strategy and have a proven track record of executing business strategy driven learning. 

– Strong understanding of Training Needs analysis, Program Design and Adult Learning methodologies. 

– Outstanding Planning and organizing & execution skills 

– Strong influencing & collaboration skills. 

– Experience in negotiating partnerships and agreements, building learning delivery processes, LMS implementation and reporting experience 

– Self starter / high energy, deadline-driven, dependable and can deliver results with aggressive deadlines. 

– Attention to detail, hands on, team player and can-do attitude. 

– Fantastic and proactive communication & interpersonal skills. Verbal and written confidence in all areas related to communication. Track record of employing tools and resources to ensure alignment on progress reporting for all stakeholders. 

– Metrics orientation, with an ability to analyze data for trends. 


People who have worked with IT product/Services set up would be preferred.
