Required Experience:8 Years – 15 Years(and minimum 5 years of Power Purchase)

Responsible for successful negotiation concession agreements with the government department like WAPDA, WPPO etc.
Responsible to implement the agreements, Power Purchase Agreement and the Fuel Supply Agreement with thegovernment department, with power purchaser and fuel supplier etc.
Responsible for completing all regulatory and governmental requirements, including approval of tariff etc.
Responsible for evaluating and approving commercial terms and legal provisions for the contracts, including equipment supply contracts.
Negotiate to settle the terms of the Operations and Maintenance (O & M) agreement and a Long Term Services Agreement with the contractors.
Analyze the market of power sector to forecast the decrease/increase of prices related to the power generation.
Any other job assigned by the Line Manager related to the scope of work

Skills Required:

Strong communication
Strong understanding and knowledge of legal laws related to power–sector
Strong negotiation skills with government sector and fuel supplier
– Skills to work with a team
