Assist Management and Functional managers in the process of Recruitment and Selection by establishing standard recruitment & placement practices, also responsible for Potential Applicant’s database, initial screening, short-listing candidates & conducting interviews. Formulate, update and implement HR policies and procedures. Responsible for smooth functioning of Performance evaluation system. Proficient in salary, compensation and benefit management and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Design & post job advertisements for various job openings of the company. Prepare, check and maintain daily & monthly Attendance reports. Manage employees’ Leave records. Maintain & update Employees’ Personal files/database.
